Below I have listed several ways you can move traffic from blogs and forums to your website or niche.

  • Post on forums and blogs that relate to your website topic or niche.
  • Add website or niche links to your signature. Use keywords that relate to your website or niche. Example: Making Easy Money
  • Give advice and answer questions. Try to help others with problems or give advice only on topics that relate to your website or niche.
  • Do your research before giving advice, giving people the wrong information can have a negative affect on your marketing campaign.
  • When answering a person question or giving advice. Do not give the person the whole answer, instead try to encourage them to visit your website or article(s) to get the rest of the answer.
  • Create controversial topics. Controversial topics produce mass amounts of traffic.

Buying Web Traffic to Boost Business.

Starting a new website can be frustrating and tiring, especially when you have no traffic coming to your website. For some new website owners, taking the easy way out is better than fixing their marketing strategies, website SEO problems, and etc.

Many website that sell traffic will lead you to think that if you purchase (x) amount of traffic, that you will make tons of money.

Yes, you will receive tons of traffic, but not quality traffic. Most of your visitors will not be interested in your product or service. And as quick as they access your site they will leave it.

This type of information can be misleading and harmful to your website giving you false impression that your website is successful. Unfortunately, this type of traffic is bad traffic, because these visitors are not interest in your website. Their only goal is to accumulate credits to make money themselves.

Not every website can be a MySpace or eBay. You have to remember that only 1% of websites only strike it big overnight, when trying to make their first million.

An even for those websites, it may have took 2 years or more before they became million dollar companies. Most people perception of the large internet companies is that they became successful overnight.

But what you will find is that most of them where on the internet at least 2 years or longer before they became household names.

Whenever you create a website, it is like opening a restaurant in the middle of a forest and no one knows you exist. Well, the good thing about the internet is that it has bird messengers called, web spiders (Google Bots, msn Bots, and etc). Web spiders search the internet looking for new and quality information. So, the only thing you need to do is provide the content (information) for the birds to report back.

I do not care what other enthusiast say, internal links are just as important as external links. Internal links tells search engine spiders you have a lot of content (information) and most importantly, it is all related.

So what the search engine spiders do? They report the information on your website back to the search engine. Letting the search engine know that your website provide plenty of quality information. So, when a person search the internet with one or more of your keywords, the chances of them finding one of your links are good.

Web Traffic before Money!

When publishing a new website online, the first rule of thumb to remember is traffic before money. Most people who are new to making money online feel if they build it, the money will come. That is not necessarily true.

Think about it, if you build a restaurant in the middle of a forest, how much money will you make if no one knows your restaurant exist? My advice to newbie’s is always make yourself known, post on forums, Bogs, and other website that will allow you to post to them.

If you run across a question or comment on a Blogs or forum, answered the question if you know the answer.

People love information, especially tutorials, tips and tricks. If you can provide an answer to a person’s question or resolve their problem. I promise you, they will re-visit your site.

To increase your web traffic, follow these three simple rules; Information, information, and Information. The more information you provide on your website, the more visitors you will receive.

Always make your primary goal to reach as many people as you can. When you understand this, the money will follow.
